I love fixing this smoothie for breakfast…it is breakfast in a glass! Â Enjoy!
Ingredients
1 cup plain yogurt or kefir
1 tsp. coconut oil
1-2 tablespoons raw honey
1 cup fresh or frozen fruit (berries, peaches, pineapple, etc.)
1 tsp. vanilla
Instructions
Put above ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Serves 1. Simply double or triple as needed for more servings.

I’m a newbie and trying to understand the Plan. Can this be used as an S Snack as well as an S Breakfast?
Hi Linda, These are some recipes that I posted on my blog before I started THM. If you replace the honey with a THM sweetener, and use 0% Greek Yogurt, then this could be a FP or an E, depending on what fruit you use. If you use berries, it could be a FP. If you use peaches, it would an E. Hope that helps!
One more thing; You have gone beyond what is asked of the Lord; you have taken Titus 2:4 and 5 and brought it to so many people. I have sat down today writing almost all of your recipes and putting them in my binder for future use; I am so encouraged as well! Dinner has always been the anxiety buster as a new wife…God bless you!
Sheri, this is a simple, but wonderful recipe. Thank you. I plan to give it a try.
I have been wanting to try out smoothies, but needed a simple tasty recipe to get started. This looks perfect! Thanks for sharing!
