1 cup oats
1 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup butter, melted
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup buttermilk
1/2 cup water
In the morning add the following:
1 egg
1 t. baking soda
1/2 t. sea salt
1/3 c. peanut butter
1 t. vanilla
1/2 cup raisins or chocolate chips
Mix all ingredients well, then spread in a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.

My kids LOVE this! It is so easy to make and add different things to it to make it different. I have to be honest when we have this it feels like we are eating cake for breakfast with out the sugar high and the sick feeling after. That you for sharing this!
Hi Jamie! Thanks for leaving a note! I’m so glad you like this recipe. It is one of our favorites too! I think you could even spread a bit of frosting on top and serve it as a dessert!
