Just imagine…a nice big bowl full of chocolate, peanut butter, oatmeal goodness…and it is good for you!  I love making this Cookie Bowl Oatmeal for breakfast every now and then for something different.  This recipe is found on page 232 of the Trim Healthy Mama book.
What I love about this dish is that I mix it up the night before and stick it in the refrigerator. Â It is like having a bowl full of those yummy chocolate no-bake cookies! Â Really!
Since this recipe is a low fat, low carb one, it is a Fuel Pull. Â That means that I can eat it and lose weight! Â Yeah!
