My review of The Slim and Satisfied Handbook

I was honored to be able to be one of the first ones to review the brand new ebook, The Slim and Satisfied Handbook. Jacinda has been following Trim Healthy Mama for quite a while now and has had so much fun developing recipes and menu plans to help her in her journey. Now she is sharing them with us!

What is Included in The Slim and Satisfied Handbook

The Slim and Satisfied Handbook is a 4-week, low glycemic menu plan!

Included in this ebook are 4 weeks of menus (breakfasts, lunches, dinners, and snacks), along with recipes and shopping lists for each week.

The recipes are not labor-intensive and avoid using special ingredients. Take a look at some of the recipes that are included:

Don’t those look delicious? The Slim and Satisfied Handbook gives you a whole month to give this way of eating a try and see if it works for you. All the work has been done for you!

What I Love About The Slim and Satisfied Handbook

Pre-Made Menu Plans – One of the major struggles that people have with trying to eat healthy is planning ahead. This new ebook addresses this by providing 4 weeks of menus all planned out for you! I love that Jacinda also includes snack ideas. That is what I struggle with the most!

Shopping Lists Are Included – Not only are there menu plans, but shopping lists for each week. This makes it so easy to use. Simply print out the shopping lists before going to the store, and you will have everything you need to make that week’s recipes.

New Recipes to Try – I get stuck in a rut way too often, so having some new recipes to try has been wonderful. Jacinda includes tons of great recipes and I can’t wait to make more of them!

Progress Tracker – I love the little progress tracker that Jacinda includes. This is a great way to keep track of your health progress!

Go check out The Slim and Satisfied Handbook today!

It might be just what you need to get you started eating healthier.

  1. Question: I noticed in the author's description that kefir was a main point in the book. How much is it used or how often and would you buy it or have to make it?
    1. Hi Heather, Yes, the author does use kefir quite a bit in her menu plans, but you can always substitute with greek yogurt. Kefir is a bit different because it is fermented. It is really good for your gut, but like I said it can be substituted if you want. I think you can buy kefir if you don't want to make it yourself. I hope that helps!
