Yes summertime is here! It has been REALLY hot here and the kids love having popsicles to eat. Over the past couple years I have developed some yummy recipes to make some good healthy popsicles for the kids. Here is one that we love…in fact I think I’ll make some today! Enjoy! Orange Kefir Popsicles
1 cup kefir
2 cups orange juice
1/3 cup honey
2 teaspoons vanilla
In a pitcher, use a wire whisk to mix all the ingredients together. Pour into popsicle molds and freeze.
Note: If you want to make smoothies out of this recipe, mix all the above ingredients and 8-10 ice cubes in the blender until smooth. These make wonderful smoothies for breakfast!
