I discovered a new (and yummy!) way for us to eat more Kefir..in popsicles! I shared in this post my recipe for making a Strawberry Kefir Breakfast Drink. To make these popsicles, all I did was make this recipe and pour it into popsicle molds and freeze. My kids LOVE these and they are so much better for them than using punch or Sunny Delight to make posicles with. I have been adapting my originally recipe and adding in some mixed frozen fruit (that has peaches, pineapple, strawberries, kiwi, etc.), some blueberries and a banana. We really like that combination too.
Now that the weather is starting to turn warmer I know I will be making a ton of these for snacks. Give it a try!
