Apple Cinnamon Muffins

We love muffins for breakfast and these are absolutely delicious! Enjoy!

Apple Cinnamon Muffins


Mix the following ingredients together in a large bowl:

1/2 cups milk
1/2 cup olive oil
1 cup honey
3 eggs
2 apples, peeled and chopped

Add remaining ingredients and mix well:

4 teaspoons aluminum-free baking powder
1 teaspoon sea salt
2 teaspoons cinnamon
4 cups whole wheat flour (fresh ground is best!)

Fill 24-30 greased muffin cups with batter.

Bake at 400 degrees for about 20 minutes.
