- 1 stick butter
- ½ cup cocoa
- 2 cups Sucanat or organic sugar
- ½ cup milk
- ½ cup peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 3 cups quick oats (I like to use old-fashioned whole oats)
Cook butter, cocoa, sugar and milk until bubbles form around the side. Remove from heat and add peanut butter, vanilla, and oats. Mix well.
Drop by spoonfuls onto waxed paper and cool.
