Cinnamon Raisin Granola Bars

I recently tried a new recipe for granola bars…oh these are good! Â They taste like the store-bought bars..but even better! Â Give them a try!
CINNAMON RAISIN GRANOLA BARS
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup organic sugar
- 2 teaspoons molasses
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 cup whole wheat flour (or you can use oat flour for a gluten-free version)
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup raisins
In a large bowl, mix the olive oil, honey, egg, sugar, molasses, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and sea salt. Â Add in the flour, oats, and raisins and mix well.
Pat into a greased 9×13-inch baking pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until the bars begin to turn a little golden around the edges (but don’t cook too long!)
Allow the bars to cool for about 5 minutes, then cut. Â Cut while the bars are still warm or they will be too hard to cut when they are cool.
