As I have shared before, my kids love to dress up. Well, this week they all put their heads together and came up with this video.
My kids love to watch videos and read about the Wild West. In fact, we will be studying the American Revolution and Westward Expansion this year and they are so excited! This video was born out of their love for this period in history. My oldest daughter had off work this past week, so she headed this project up herself and got my three youngest children involved.
They wrote the script, assembled their costumes and props, and video taped this video at a local park — all this week! My oldest daughter did all the video editing (with some special help from her younger siblings) and got it all together into a nice video.
Needless to say, most of the items on my “to do” list did not get done, but that’s ok. We had such a great time working on this last week and I think it turned out pretty good!
By the way, this is just Episode 1! They want to do more of these (maybe in another year!).
