I decided a month or so ago to take a break from our reading through the Bible (we are in Exodus), to read and study Luke with the kids using this wonderful resource, The Dig – Luke Volume 1.
Each day there is a verse to work on memorizing (a new one every 6 lessons), a Bible passage to read, questions to answer, a “treasure” from the passage, and how the passage applies to our lives today.
The lessons are not too long and yet full of thought-provoking wisdom. We have really enjoyed the study and I look forward to Luke-Volume 2 when it comes out!
