It snowed all day yesterday, covering us with a thick blanket of snow (over 12 inches!). While all the snow makes it hard to get around, the Lord used it to show me some things…
All the white snow can be blinding it is so bright. It reminds me of God’s holiness…hard to fix our eyes on, but pure and spotless.
“Look at the birds of the air. They do not sow or reap or store away in barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not much more valuable than they?” {from Matthew 6}
My prayer today…”Whiter than snow, yes whiter than snow. Lord wash me and I will be whiter than snow.”
We are enjoying a quiet day here at home…being reminded of His love for us, His grace that is sufficient, His forgiveness that washes us whiter than snow!
