One year we made these edible Christmas trees and the kids had so much fun!

What you will need:

  • sugar cones
  • frosting (I used white, but you could color it green)
  • candy to decorate (mini M&Ms, gum drops, sprinkles, etc.)

This picture was taken in 2007 …my two oldest having fun…

To make, turn the sugar cone upside down on a piece of wax paper or paper plate.  Cover the outside of the cone with frosting, then decorate!  Here is a picture of our finished Christmas trees…

You could use these to decorate your table for a few days, then let the kids enjoy them as a special treat some night!

Have fun making memories with your kids!
