I am so excited to share with you some really fun math books I recently ran across on Amazon. I had never heard of these before so I took a look at the samples and wow! How fun! Laura Overdeck’s mission is to make math as fun as the bedtime story! Her books pair wacky math problems with colorful, high-energy illustrations to create a book you can cuddle up with your children and read together.
One of the things I love best about these books, besides the fun math, is that for each math problem Laura gives several different versions for different age groups. This means that you can do these with all your children together if you want!
You all know I love using great books to teach my children, so being able to use these books to teach some math in a fun way sounds amazing. You can bet I will be adding these books to my “to buy” list for next school year!
