Start Exercising With These Free Exercise Videos

I recently shared in one of my Intentional Inspirations newsletters about some new workouts I was trying out. While I love T-Tapp and the short 15-minute workout, I was looking for something to give me more of a variety. I thought that it might motivate me to do a workout each day, knowing that each day’s workout was going to be a little different.

A while ago I purchased the Ultimate Healthy Living Bundle, and one of the products that came with this bundle was a set of exercise videos from MashUp. I decided to check these out! I downloaded them (mp4 files) and uploaded a few to my Google Drive. I did that so that I could watch these on my Kindle Fire — taking my Kindle down to the basement where I have an area where I can do my workouts. So far it is working great!

What I love about the MashUp workouts

  1. They are short 15-minute workouts that work the whole body.
  2. Each video includes several different levels, so you can start easy and work up to the harder workout!
  3. They incorporate segments of high intensity workouts so that you get your heart pumping, and then have time to recover and bring your heart rate back down before the next segment. Much research has been done about this type of workout and it is supposed to be very good for your heart, your body, and helps to get your body into fat-burning mode and keep it that way through the day. Yeah!
  4. They use light weights to really work on building your strength.

    1. Hi Joni, I load the videos into my Google Drive. I then access my Google Drive in the browser on my kindle and play them from there. Let me know if you need help figuring it out!
