We have read quite a few of Patricia St. John’s books now in our homeschool. I can’t say enough how good these books are! Besides being excellent stories, these books present the Gospel message in a very understandable and meaningful way! We used these as family read-alouds and plan to read the other three we have this year as well! I know my children have grown spiritually through reading these books together.
I bought the 5-book set at Library and Educational Resources, but I’m sure you can find them elsewhere online.
